Returns and Exchanges

This policy only applies to goods purchased through our Smiggle online store.

In addition to your Statutory Rights, should you change your mind we will happily exchange your purchase providing the following conditions have been met:

1. The item with the original Smiggle receipt is returned within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
2. The item is in original condition as purchased, including all packaging.

Your purchase can be exchanged at any Smiggle store providing the above conditions are met.

Alternatively, you may exchange any item, accompanied by original receipt by returning to:

Please record the reason for return on your receipt. A return postage charge of $8 for Australia or $10 for New Zealand will be charged to your credit card. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability of goods, therefore please list alternative item/s in case we have sold out of your first choice.
