How to shop
Your Free Gift Online
The free Highroller Pen offer applies to all Australian, New Zealand and Overseas orders placed online. All gift products will be sent at random, and customers will not have a choice of which gift they receive. This offer is only valid for orders placed between 9am AEST 01/09/2010 and 5pm AEST 08/09/2010 or until stocks last.
Browsing products
To place an order on-line you need to have browsed our products online and added items to your shopping bag. You do this within a product page; by selecting a quantity & colour from the drop down list then clicking 'Add to Shopping Bag'. When the product is added to your list "Item(s) added to your shopping bag" will appear.
Once you have finished and wish to purchase your items click "Shopping Bag" which appears on the top right hand corner of your screen at all times. From there you can proceed to checkout, confirm your order and enter your method of payment.
You must be a member to place an on-line order. Join today and create your own account. You will also receive exclusive product emails with first pick on new hot fashion stationary.
Your account
To log into your account please click "Login" which appears in the top right hand corner of the homepage screen and enter your email address and password. You can view and update your account details, modify your password, unsubscribe from emails and track your order at any time by logging into your account.
If you have forgotten your password click on "forgot password?" enter your first name and email address and we will send you an email containing your new password.
Shopping bag
To view the contents of your shopping bag simply click "My Shopping Bag" which appears in the top navigation bar at all times. You can also access your shopping bag through your account after you have logged in, or by selecting 'View Shopping Bag' after adding an item to the bag.
You must be signed into your account to confirm the contents of your shopping bag and complete your purchase. Within your shopping bag you can choose to remove products or continue through to the checkout. All promotional codes need to be keyed into the "Promotion Code" field found at the bottom of the shopping bag.
Please note the minimum order amount is $10.00 per order. If your order total excluding delivery charges is less then $10.00 you will be unable to proceed through the checkout and complete your order.
Checkout
Once you have confirmed the contents of your shopping bag you may then continue through to the checkout. Within the checkout you have the ability to modify your delivery details or choose to send your order as a gift.
Sending gifts
You can send a gift to someone using the same method you would use to place an order for yourself. When you enter the checkout, replace your default address details with the receiver's information. The goods will be delivered there without affecting your default details for future orders. You must indicate that the order is a gift by clicking the box provided.
We will send the receipt with the goods to the lucky person without the prices shown. If you like, you can add a message to go with your gift (max 250 characters) and it will be sent on the receipt contained in the parcel.
We do require a contact name, and address of the gift recipient, we also require your phone number in case there are problems during delivery.
Forgotten password
If you don't know or have forgotten your password, you can reset it. You will need to remember your "user name" (e-mail address), which was used when you created your account and the "First Name" you used when signing up. A new password will be sent to your e-mail address. If you have further difficulties please Contact Us.

We reserve the right:
- To cancel any order, at which time, we will immediately notify this action by Email or phone, using the Email address or number/s provided. We will refund the monies paid using the original method received.
- That all orders are subject to availability of stock
- To take reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit card details are bona fide.
