Gift cards
A Gift Card is a plastic card which may contain any pre-purchased amount
redeemable in Smiggle Stores & Smiggle On-line.
Purchasing a gift card is easy, simply visit your nearest Smiggle store or log onto
smiggle.com select the required denomination and click through to purchase. The value
of the gift card is in AUD and there are no delivery charges when purchasing a gift card.
The balance & value remaining on the gift card can be checked online anytime.
Gift card balance and transaction history
You can view your Gift Card Balance Online at any time
You can either check the balance of your card online or in-store. Every time you make a purchase in-store the receipt will show you the previous balance, transaction value and remaining balance. You can check your transaction history online or by contacting us - in Australia call 1800 229 688 and in New Zealand call 0800 023 522.
Neither The Just Group, nor the provider of the data, represents or guarantees, or accepts any liability whatsoever in respect of, the accuracy, currency or completeness of the gift card information. Just Group does not accept any liability for any delays, interruptions, errors, or omissions, however occurring (including as a result of negligence) in the collecting, recording, processing, storing or dissemination of this information.
How to purchase a gift card in store
You can purchase a gift card in any Smiggle store for any value between $5 and $1,000. Cards are
active once your purchase has been completed through the point of sale in-store. You cannot purchase
a gift card as part of a lay-by sale.
Gift card value cannot be reloaded.
How to purchase a gift card online
You must be a registered Smiggle On-line member to purchase a gift card through our on-line store. Simply visit our website, create your own on-line account and select the gift card denomination you wish to purchase.
Once you have added the gift card to your shopping bag, proceed through to the checkout, inform us of the lucky recipients details and the gift card will be posted within 2 to 3 business days.
You can purchase items from within our on-line store and combine a gift card with the purchase. The items in your order will be sent to you and each gift card will be sent out individually to the recipient of your choice at no cost.
Purchasing with your gift card
You can purchase any item in store using your gift card. Give the gift card to the sales assistant when making your purchase, you will need to scratch the panel covering the access code and enter this number on the pin pad when prompted. Once the transaction has been completed your gift card balance will be reduced by the purchase amount.
You can use your gift card as many times as you want until the balance reaches zero.
We will not refund cash for any unused gift card amount.
Gift card expiry
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date can be found on your receipt, on the back of the gift card or online.
Lost and stolen gift cards
Treat your gift card like cash. Lost and stolen gift cards will not be replaced or refunded.
Gift cards with no value
Once the gift card has been fully redeemed, it cannot be reused.

This gift card ("card") is issued by Smiggle PTY LTD ("Smiggle") ABN 53 100 379 226. A defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen card will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. This card once activated is: redeemable for merchandise at Smiggle stores in Australia; not redeemable for cash and is not a negotiable instrument; valid until the earlier of the expiry date shown on the card (being one year from date of issue) or when no amount remains on the card; not able to be reloaded; partially redeemable. Cash will not be given for any unused amount. Any unused amount after the expiry date of this card will not be refunded or credited.

This gift card ("card") is issued by Kimbyr Investments Limited, Company Number 205268 trading as Smiggle. A defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen card will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. This card once activated is: redeemable for merchandise at Smiggle stores in New Zealand; not redeemable for cash and is not a negotiable instrument; valid until the earlier of the expiry date shown on the card (being one year from date of issue) or when no amount remains on the card; not able to be reloaded; partially redeemable. Cash will not be given for any unused amount. Any unused amount after the expiry date of this card will not be refunded or credited.

E-Gift vouchers
An E-Gift Voucher is an electronic voucher which can only be redeemed through Online Shopping. This voucher cannot be used to purchase products in a Smiggle store.
You can purchase Smiggle E-Gift vouchers for your friends and family 'electronically' through e-mail. The voucher is sent 'electronically', and is forwarded to the receiver's email address and can be redeemed using a secret code, which is enclosed within the e-mail.
To purchase E-Gift voucher's online, add one to your shopping bag like you would a product. When you 'checkout' to pay for the voucher, you will be asked to enter the receiver's e-mail address, name and a short message (max 250 characters). The voucher e-mail will be sent after the payment process is completed.
You can also combine an order of stationary for yourself while sending an E-Gift voucher's to others. The E-Gift voucher/s are sent as e-mails and your order of stationary is sent to you. Easy!!!
E-Gift vouchers can be redeemed through the Smiggle website at any time by using the secret code that is sent within the E-Gift voucher e-mail. They can also be redeemed if placing a phone order. Again, the secret code must be provided at the time of payment to the phone operator.
You don't need to use the total amount of the E-Gift voucher at one time. You can use a portion of the E-Gift voucher with one order and the remaining amount can be used with another order at another time. The amount is kept in our system automatically until you wish to use it. You can also use a portion of the E-Gift voucher and split the order amount with a credit card (i.e. Visa, MasterCard, Diners, and Amex) or PayPal
Please note:
- E-Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months and can only be redeemed through our on-line store.
- E-Gift Vouchers are not accepted as a method of payment in Smiggle stores.
