Franchise and wholesale

Does Smiggle offer franchise rights for people to open stores in their town?

Smiggle is owned and operated by The Just Group of Melbourne, Australia and is currently not available for franchise opportunities within Australia and New Zealand.

For other international markets we encourage prospective retail partners to register their interest by emailing customerservice@smiggle.com.au with a short introduction of your company, summarising your background and expertise and detailing your opportunity or proposal.

Once we have received this information it will then be forwarded on to the department responsible for international markets. In the case that your proposal has been successful, or if we require further information, then someone will be in contact.

Please note only responses with all the information requested will be considered.

Can I order bulk quantities of Smiggle at a wholesale price and resell it through my retail outlet?

Please note Smiggle no longer conducts any wholesale business.

Australia Post is our major wholesale account and due to the volume and structure required to service this account, it is our decision to maintain wholesale through Australia Post only.

How to register online

How do I register with the Smiggle website?

To register your details and create an online shopping account simply click the "Register" link at the top of the page and follow the steps. We will keep you up to date with emails on the latest hot new products, Smiggle news and promotions.

Forgotten password

I have forgotten my password, what do I do?

If you have forgotten your password click on "Forgot password?" within the "Login" page. Simply enter your first name and email address and we will send you an email containing your new password. You will be able to use this new password to login to your account and modify it from your account page.

Gift cards and E-Vouchers

Do you sell gift cards online?

Smiggle now sells gift cards online as well as in store and are available in denominations from $25 up to $250. They are redeemable in store and also online. If you wish to purchase a gift card, check your balance or require more information just head to the "Gift Card" section of this site.

What is an e-gift voucher?

The Smiggle online store also offers E-Gift Vouchers which are an electronic voucher sent via email almost instantly after the transaction is processed. For more information on E-Gift vouchers, please head to the "Shopping Info" section of this site.

Payment methods

How do I pay for my order?

The Smiggle online store accepts payments only from Visa, MasterCard, Diners and American Express credits cards as well as PayPal and E-Gift Vouchers. We do not accept money orders or C.O.D's or Smiggle store Gift Cards.

Refunds and exchanges

What do I do if I want to refund or exchange a product?

In store purchases:

In addition to your Statutory Rights, should you change your mind, we will happily provide an exchange or gift card providing the following conditions are met:

Online purchases:

Please head to the "renturns and exchanges" section of the website which provides all the information you need to know about returns and exchanges for purchases made online.

Faulty products:

If a Smiggle item is found to be faulty, please feel free to return to a Smiggle store with your receipt and staff will be able to assist you with an exchange or refund. We recommend that customers keep their receipt for all purchases made at Smiggle.

Smiggle Skins:

For change of mind, please note we do not return or exchange Smiggle Skins.

How do I apply for a job with Smiggle?

At Smiggle we?re constantly on the lookout for enthusiastic, hard-working people with customer service experience to join our team. Donation / sponsorships requests

How do I obtain a donation or sponsorship for my event or company?

Each month we get inundated with requests for both fundraising and promotional purposes and while we do aim to contribute as much as possible, we are unable to accommodate each and every one. Please email all requests to customerservice@smiggle.com.au, ensuring that you give a minimum 6 weeks notice in order for it to be considered. Please note you will only be contacted if you have been successful.

Also please note that our products as recommended for children over 6 years therefore we are unable to donate to organisations or groups that may involve younger children (e.g. kindergartens, primary schools, etc)

What to do if your child has swallowed ink.

My child has swallowed ink, what do I do?

All of our pens are non-toxic and will not harm your child, in the instance of a child swallowing or ingesting ink, please ensure they drink a large glass of water and clean their mouth of any residual ink.

Some of our pens require a small hole in the top of the pen to allow the ink to flow freely; at no time should the ink be able to leak out through the top of the pen as its design does not allow this. The only time any ink will leak through this hole is if the top of the pen is chewed or sucked on, we do not recommend that any one chews or sucks the end of our pens.

Box Sets

Why are the boxes sold only in sets and not individually?

Unfortunately we are unable to sell the boxes individually online, as they arrive into the warehouse as a set and we do not have the capabilities to separate these for sale on the website.

We do offer the opportunity to purchase them as a three piece set comprising of one A4 box; one DVD box and one CD box so that they are still available for online customers.

Craver Saver card

How does the Craver Saver card work?

For every store purchase made over $10 (excluding those paid for via gift card) the customer will receive one stamp on their Craver Saver loyalty card. Once 14 stamps have been collected the Craver Saver can be redeemed for a complimentary Smiggle gift (item subject to availability). Please note the Craver Saver card can be used at any Smiggle store and does not have an expiry date.

What is the gift available and how often does it change?

Due to differing stock quantities and availability, the Craver Saver gift is constantly changing. In addition if one gift is more popular than others it will be changed sooner. We recommend checking with your Smiggle store on what item is available before redeeming your Craver Saver card. All store locations and phone numbers are available on the Smiggle website.

Conditions

The Smiggle 'Craver Saver' loyalty program does not apply to any on-line purchase. Craver Saver stamps available only when purchasing from Smiggle Stores.
