We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (eg: strikes, floods etc.).
All product colours are reproduced as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur and colours may appear slightly different via this web site due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings.
All offers are available until stocks sell out.
Australia (Non-island residents) 3-7 business days
Free shipping is now available to Australian residents for all purchases of $50 or more made online.
For orders of under $50, freight charges are automatically calculated upon the total weight of your order.

Once an order reaches 15 kilos or over it is processed as a bulk order, please contact us via email from within our Contact Us page to place a bulk order.
Pending credit card authorisation, verification and availability of stock please allow 3 - 7 business days for delivery within Australia.
We deliver via Australian air Express and a signature is required. Therefore we recommend a work address. Alternatively AaE can deliver direct to Post Office boxes.
If your delivery is to a private address and no one is available to sign for the parcel it will be left at the premises in a secure spot. This helps us to ensure that all parcels are delivered promptly and with no inconvenience for the recipient.
Australia (Island residents) 3-7 business days
Pending credit card authorisation, verification and availability of stock, Please allow 3-7 workings days for delivery within Australia.
Australia Post delivers all Island orders and freight charges are calculated at the same rates as non-island residents (see table above).
New Zealand 4-10 business days
Free shipping is now available to New Zealand residents for all purchases of $50 or more made online.
For orders of under $50, freight charges are automatically calculated upon the total weight of your order.

Pending credit card authorisation, verification and availability of stock, delivery will take up to 4-10 business days within New Zealand.
We deliver by courier and your signature is required on delivery, therefore, we recommend a work address if more convenient. If no one is available to sign for the parcel it will be re-directed to the nearest post office or depot. Collection or re-delivery from the depot can be arranged, but unfortunately parcels must be collected from the post office.
We deliver to P.O. Boxes. Sorry no C.O.D's.

Missing parcels
Smiggle prides itself on the speedy delivery of your order, however should your item fail to arrive please Contact Us, or call us on 1800 612 236 and quote your order and member number. We will make every attempt to ensure your enquiry is handled in a prompt and efficient manner.
Order tracking
Australian residents
You can easily track the progress of your current order, or search previous orders for past styles and colours purchased. Simply log into your account, select Order Tracking and enter your order number. Then click the order number link to be taken to specific information relating to that order, including the status of your order and consignment numbers to help you track your order.
To track or trace your order, just click on the consignment number listed and you will be directed to the Australian Air Express website page with the details and location of your parcel displayed. Alternatively, visit www.aae.com.au and enter your consignment number in to the track and trace page.
Please note you can only begin to track your order after it has been dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from Smiggle, which contains your order consignment tracking number.
